- 1997 - INTRESCO LTD (International Repair and Shipping Company) established and initially registered in the European Union. The Company begins with ship repair, modernisation projects and spare-parts supply.
- Late 1990s - early 2000s - Expansion into shipbroking and chartering, evolving into full-scale commercial management. The first vessels’ management assignments are taken on.
- Mid-2000s - Fleet under management grows to nine vessels, including bulk carriers, alongside broader client support such as financing-related services.
- Late 2007 - Strategic transition from ship repair activities to a primary focus on traditional ship management.
- 2013 - 2024 - Significant growth, with the managed fleet expanding to seventeen vessels.
- Since 2022 - Ship management activity and cargo transportation services streamlined and consolidated through the Company’s office in Athens, Greece.
- Today - Fleet comprises dry cargo vessels, including shallow-draught, eco-speed handysize bulk carriers.
